Welcome to season 2020/21

Performances season 20/21

To secure the safety of staff and visitors, some performances are cancelled or postponed. If you have a ticket for any of those dates, we will contact you with further information.

Falstaff - Cancelled

OPERA Giuseppe Verdi’s opera Falstaff is a comedy of errors derived primarily from Shakespeare’s plays The Merry Wives of Windsor and Henry IV. The famous final fugue of the opera proclaims that all the world’s a joke. It’s difficult to disagree with that statement. These days the absurdity of real life seems to rival that of an operatic comedy.
