Will I be able to pause, rewind or watch the performance later?
No. Due to copyright issues, the performance will only be broadcasted live. You will not be able to pause, rewind or watch it at another time.
Which web browser do you recommend?
We recommend using Chrome (we can not guarantee the quality in older browsers like Internet Explorer).
I want to watch the live stream on my television. How do I do that?
If you want to connect the live stream to your TV, this can be done with an HDMI cable.
I want to use Chromecast to watch it in TV. How do I do that?
How do I cast from my Android phone to my TV?
Will the live stream work if I’m abroad?
Yes, the live stream will work regardless of which country you are in.
I haven’t received the email with my password.
Doublecheck in your spam folder. If you haven’t received the email before the broadcast, let us know at
My password doesn’t work
Type the entire password in the box, make sure CAPS LOCK isn’t activated.
If the video is choppy or not playing smooth, what can I do?  
Try adjusting the resolution by tapping the cogwheel icon in the bottom right corner of the video player.  

If you encounter problems call us at +46 (0)40-208500 and we will do everything we can to help! We will be available one hour before the performance starts. Keep in mind that we won’t be able to help you with technical issues having to do with the equipment in your home.
